Construction Manager
NEO Chapter

Marous Brothers Construction offers integrated services for complete construction solutions. We are also the premier contractor for Historic Preservation projects, having served as General Contractor on the area’s most notable projects. Our Design/Build approach offers our clients direct access to our in-house staff for more control in the design phase of a project. To adequately address the needs of our smaller sized projects, in 2003, we formed the Special Projects Group to provide clients with budgets up to $3 million with the same level of quality and service as given to larger projects.

Marous Brothers Construction has established a compelling portfolio of projects spanning a variety of sectors, including and not limited to multi-family residential, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, cultural arts, and light industrial.

We have expanded our footprint into exciting new regional markets, bringing to bear our unique preconstruction and construction phase expertise in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Washington D.C., and Arkansas.
