Halie attended The Ohio State University and earned her Degree in Construction Systems Management in 2011. She then worked for a glass and glazing company after college and was the onsite safety coordinator for a large project in Columbus. She then moved onto a general contractor and worked as an Assistant Project Manager, before moving on to All Steel Mid-Rise.
