Brian Exl

Brian Exl serves as the General Manager for OCP Contractors of Cleveland, where he has overseen the estimation of over $800 million dollars worth of interior trades bids. Brian continually researches methods to keep OCP at the forefront of technologies within the construction industry, in order to consistently innovate processes and safety practices. Brian works thoughtfully to collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate steps are taken to save the owner money prior to the beginning of construction. OCP is a leader in implementing innovative technologies into the interior construction process, and is fully equipped with the tools to successfully complete integrated project delivery.

Upon completing studies at Arizona State University, Brian began working in the interior trades industry in 1998 beginning as a project engineer on the new Cleveland Browns Stadium. Brian has additionally worked as Project Manager on projects with contracts as large as $8.5 million.
