Brian Stonelake

Brian is well versed in managing complex healthcare and research projects from inception to construction, collaborating with clients to meet their highest goals and aspirations. Healthcare projects can be high-pressure environments as they solve patient needs, provider goals, and code requirements, all while meeting budget and schedule objectives. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and AIA, LEED AP BD+C certifications, Brian offers a strong background in laboratories, rehabilitation, and ambulatory care facilities.

Brian Stonelake is a dynamic business leader with extensive healthcare design expertise who relishes delivering innovative solutions with collaborative project teams. He works to include insights from all members of the project team, from end users and engineers to subcontractors and builders, to achieve the optimal outcome for his clients. Brian also has 12+ years of experience designing science & tech projects for Biotech and Pharma clients.  He is looking forward to learning from his fellow leaders across all trades and disciplines in the construction industry. He’s excited to listen, learn, and contribute to the resources and conversations that Cogence provides.

Outside of work, he enjoys performing improv comedy, traveling, watching college football, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.
