Eric Gradert is a dedicated construction professional from Northern Ohio with a strong foundation in both field experience and academic achievement. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The Ohio State University and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Youngstown State University. Eric currently serves in a key leadership role at Shook Construction, where he plays an integral part in cultivating client relationships and driving strategic growth across the organization. His passion for construction began early, shaped by hands-on experience working alongside his father on residential projects. He holds certifications in Project Management and LEED, underscoring his commitment to sustainable and efficient building practices. Over the course of his career at Shook, Eric has contributed to projects across a wide range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, and Industrial.
