Cogence Alliance: DEI

Our Vision

The purpose of the DEI Committee within Cogence Alliance is to build upon it’s established network to advance the DEI landscape within the design and construction industry.  The committee shall :

• Spread awareness of, provide access to, and complement external organizations who are committed to strengthening DEI
• Host facilitated round table discussions to promote honest and open conversations that are intentionally designed to disrupt the industry and reinforce the significance of DEI
• Offer mentoring opportunities and resources to firms and individuals who would benefit from hands on learning based on industry demands
