Amanda Karling serves as project manager for Demain, overseeing integration of MEP design and prefabrication solutions. She is a licensed Architectural Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering. As a project manager, Amanda guides clients in realizing their projects through industrialized construction methods, collaborates with design teams to ensure effective prefabrication and modular planning, and leads teams in manufacturing and installation through integrated delivery models.

She is committed to integrating sustainability, lean practices, and fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment throughout every stage of the process. Amanda is dedicated to delivering impactful results and driving positive change within the construction industry.
