James Ruhlin Jr., P.E.

As a fourth generation Ruhlin, I have spent most of my life in the construction industry starting at a young age working in the storage yard at The Ruhlin Company in Sharon Center, Ohio. In college I spent summers working as a union laborer on Ruhlin Jobs throughout the state, and after graduation I spent a quick three years in Maryland working for a major East Coast civil contractor before returning to Ruhlin in 2007. Since 2007, I have worked in all four divisions of The Ruhlin Company (Civil, Building, Structural, Industrial) as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2021, I was promoted to President/COO of the Company.
