Jeff Bolchalk

Jeff has been in the industry and at Schaefer since 2001. He is inspired by those around him, both internally and externally. Working collectively in a group, he has the opportunity to challenge himself to design new and renovated structures that enhance the client’s experience and his own skill set. He shares his passion for continuous improvement with those around him – Jeff serves as an operations leader and principal for the firm’s Columbus office. Jeff earned his Master of Business Administration from Ball State University and his Master of Science, Structural Engineering + Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
