Colin Rininger serves as Project Manager for Signet’s Real Estate Development Group where he is responsible for ensuring that the successful delivery of each project is done on time and within budget. Colin manages the day to day activities and operations related to budget and cost management, project coordination, risk management, project accounting and schedule management for the organization.
