  • The March 2026 Roundtable was titled: 10 Years of Collaboration: Defining The Cogence Way – Part 2
  • At the January roundtable (The Cogence Way – Part 1) it was explained that a Cogence task force had developed a framework outlining our Core Values and Fundamentals for leading and executing projects The Cogence Way.
  • Cogence partners were asked:
    • How do these Values and Fundamentals resonate with you?
    • How can all stakeholders embrace them in practice?
    • What strategies will make these principles actionable?
  • After a robust discussion in January it was agreed that a follow up discussion should be held at the March roundtable, when the discussion shifted to how these values are applied on projects.
  • “The Cogence Way” guide for delivering projects will be released in 2026 to all Cogence Partners.
