Kim brings over a decade of experience as a Project Manager and Engineer in the AEC industry, with a specialized focus on designing and managing complex healthcare projects, including work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is passionate about using design to create positive, lasting impacts on patient outcomes, experiences, and the resilience of healthcare facilities.

Known for her attention to detail and dedication to schedule adherence, Kim ensures projects stay on track and deliver high-quality results. Her collaborative approach is rooted in open, transparent communication, which strengthens coordination across engineering disciplines and design team partners. She emphasizes accountability and shared responsibility, helping teams align and deliver on the project vision from concept through completion.
