Lynn S. Miggins, P.E.

Lynn Miggins, P.E., is president and majority owner of KS Associates. She sets the strategic direction for the firm, which is centered around meeting the needs of clients and providing exceptional client care.

Under Lynn’s direction, KS Associates has provided professional site and infrastructure design services for new building and improvement projects at Case Western Reserve University, Oberlin College, and Lorain County Community College; for University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic; and for corporations, government entities, and private developers.

Lynn is an astute business owner and a talented professional engineer who works hard to propel and promote her clients’ projects. She serves on the Board of Directors of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio and was President in 2015-2016. She has received several professional awards including: the 2016 WTS Northeast Ohio Leadership Award for promoting the advancement of women in transportation, the 2015 Outstanding Civil Engineer of the Year Award from the Cleveland Section of American Society of Civil Engineers, and the 2013 Women of Achievement award from the Elyria YWCA for her leadership and professional accomplishments. She is among the leaders in her field who have been inducted into the Cleveland Engineering Society Hall of Fame – the highest award given to an individual by the Society.

Lynn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College (now University), Ohio.
