Bill Thrush

Bill Thrush is the Risk Management Consultant in Oswald’s Design and Construction practice. Bill joined Oswald Companies in March 2024 after leaving the private practice of law, where he represented owners, contractors and design professionals in complex construction and real estate matters as a partner with a nationally recognized law firm.

Bill also has a Civil Engineering background and, prior to the practice of law, served as a project engineer on large commercial and mixed-use projects. As a seasoned professional in the insurance, design, and legal industries, he brings more than 20 years of experience to Oswald’s Architects & Engineers team.
