Sam Lambert is a construction professional with over 13 years of experience delivering successful public‑sector and commercial projects across Ohio. As a Special Projects Manager at Setterlin Building Company, Sam leads complex renovations, technical upgrades, and fast‑track TI projects, coordinating closely with A/E teams, state agencies, and trade partners to achieve aggressive schedules and budget performance.

With a background as both a superintendent and project manager, he brings deep field understanding, practical constructability insight, and strong client communication. His work spans high‑risk occupied renovations, design‑assist collaboration, lean scheduling practices, and proactive cost/scope management. Sam is known for solving problems early, protecting schedule and margin, and building trust through clarity and follow‑through.
