Ross Mitchell

I have had previous duties as a Project Manager, Branch Manager and Estimator for 3 of the areas largest Mechanical Contractors,  as well as a manufacturers rep of major HVAC equipment over the past 38 yrs. This has provided excellent insight both to Mechanical equipment and construction costs. My past experience as Sr. Project Manager and training director to over 20 field representatives has led to my current position as Chief Estimator at T.H. Martin. Specializing in design-build and modified plan and spec work for commercial, industrial and institutional projects. Project negotiation, contract review and selection of target bids has become incorporated into the job scope. Ross has managed and directed multiple IPD and alternate project delivery projects for various owners past and presently. A firm belief in communication, collaboration and creating a tangible value to the end user has led me to the Cogence Alliance where the ability to share and learn from my peers has been invaluable.  Attended Cuyahoga Community College, Lorain Community College, Cleveland State University and follow up curriculum at CWRU Weatherhead School. Multiple awards, Honorariums and memberships in trade associations.
