Registration and Pricing
Early Registration Now thru July 31, 2024.
- Partner $300 per person or $1,000 for a group of 4.
- Non-Partner $350 per person or $1,200 for a group of 4.
Registration August 1, 2024 thru Event.
- Partner $350 per person or $1,200 for a group of 4.
- Non-Partner $400 per person or $1,400 for a group of 4.
Single Day Registration (Select Day 1 or Day 2).
- $225 per person
Your Town Hall registration includes:
- Attendance for Sept 12th & 13th
- Networking opportunities
- Continental breakfast and buffet lunch
- Networking reception Day 1 immediately following sessions and Fun Event at Pins Mechanical evening of Sept 12th
- Tour an Ohio State University current project afternoon of Sept 13th (pre-registration at the Town Hall required)
Payment Methods
Registration is online via credit card. If you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact admin@cogence.org.
Cancellation
Registrants who are unable to attend may submit a cancellation request. Please note:
- Cancellation requests made by August 9, 2024 will receive a 100% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
- Cancellation requests made between August 10 and August 30, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
- Cancellation requests made August 31 and September 5, 2024 will receive a 25% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
- No refunds for cancellations made after September 6, 2024.
Transferring registration: Registrants who are unable to attend may also transfer their registration to another member of their organization.
Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to kthompson@cogence.org.
Photography
Cogence will be photographing this event. By attending the 2024 Town Hall, you agree that your photograph may be used in Cogence materials.
