Registration and Pricing

Early Registration Now thru July 31, 2026.

  • Partner $375 per person or $1,300 for a group of 4.
  • Non-Partner $425 per person or $1,500 for a group of 4.

Registration August 1, 2026 thru Event.

  • Partner $425 per person or $1,500 for a group of 4.
  • Non-Partner $475 per person or $1,700 for a group of 4.

Your 2-day Town Hall registration includes:

  • Attendance for Sept 15th & 16th
  • Networking opportunities
  • Continental breakfast and buffet lunch
  • Networking reception Day 1 immediately following sessions and Fun Event evening of Sept 15th
  • Tour a current project afternoon of Sept 16th (pre-registration at the Town Hall required)

Single Day Registration (Select Day 1 or Day 2).

  • Partner | Non-Partner $250 per person

Your single day Town Hall registration includes:

  • Attendance for Sept 15th OR Sept 16th
  • Networking opportunities
  • Continental breakfast and buffet lunch
  • Networking reception Day 1 immediately following sessions and Fun Event evening of Sept 15th
  • Tour a current project afternoon of Sept 16th (pre-registration at the Town Hall required)

Payment Methods

Registration is online via credit card. If you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact admin@cogence.org.

Cancellation

Registrants who are unable to attend may submit a cancellation request. Please note:

  • Cancellation requests made by August 9, 2026 will receive a 100% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
  • Cancellation requests made between August 10 and August 30, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
  • Cancellation requests made August 31 and September 5, 2026 will receive a 25% refund, less processing fee of 3%.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after September 6, 2026.

Transferring registration: Registrants who are unable to attend may also transfer their registration to another member of their organization.

Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to kthompson@cogence.org.

Photography

Cogence will be photographing this event. By attending the 2026 Town Hall, you agree that your photograph may be used in Cogence materials.
