Regency Construction Services, Inc. was founded over two decades ago by Tari Rivera. What began from her vision to provide a client centered approach, delivering construction projects and a three person staff, has grown to a sustained firm of forty-five professionals delivering projects Statewide. Although the firm has grown and prospered over the years, our philosophy of maintaining our client center focus has not waived or diminished.

Scott Wagner

Scott Wagner is an Associate Owner of Regency Construction and leads their Marketing and Business Development efforts for both the Cleveland and Columbus Markets.  In his role, Scott develops Regency’s marketing strategy, marketing materials, sales presentations and proposals, and fosters existing and new client relationships.  Through his career, Scott has served as an Estimator, Estimating Manager, and Project Manager.  Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Speech Communication and Broadcasting from Baldwin Wallace College and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology and Construction Management from the University of Akron.  In addition to COGENCE Alliance, Scott is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).  Prior to the Construction Industry, Scott worked in Broadcasting for five years.
