- Project 2: Senior Management/Partnership Leadership
- We discussed the new Ashtabula Regional Medical Center an Affiliate of Cleveland Clinic. The project consisted of a new in-patient hospital expansion of 116,000 sf, 46 patient rooms, 10 ICU rooms, 5 OR’s, 12 pre/post op beds, 24 bed emergency department.
